Appointments, orders, confirmations, and messages you see here are simulated, incomplete, or reset at any time. Do not rely on them for real imaging, treatment, or travel plans.
Who may use this site
Use is limited to people invited to evaluate or demonstrate Shadowbox Radiology scheduling. By using the site or replying to its texts, you agree to these terms.
What you should not do
- Treat this environment as live patient care or a real booking system
- Submit real protected health information or other sensitive medical information
- Share tokenized booking links outside the demo
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape, or misuse the service
Text messages — Shadowbox Radiology
Shadowbox Inc operates the Shadowbox Radiology SMS program for internal testing and invited demonstrations of its radiology scheduling application. Participants provide verbal consent before receiving messages. Messages include booking links, confirmations, and reminders for simulated imaging appointments using synthetic appointment data.
Participants receive up to three scheduling messages per test or demonstration fax order using their mobile number. Additional messages may be sent in response to incoming messages, including HELP, STOP, and START. Message and data rates may apply.

Reply STOP to unsubscribe. You will receive an unsubscribe confirmation, and further program messages will stop unless you reply START to resubscribe.
SMS participation is optional.
